Large Orange Hand Swung Vase
Beautiful dark orange large floor vase by LE Smith Glass, circa 1960-1970. This vase was blown into a mold, then hand stretched and swung.
The vase measures 21.5″ tall, 7″ at widest. It weighs 5.5 lbs.

Fenton Art Glass Pink Vase Set
Set of two Fenton Art Glass pink melon rib vases. These lovely vases were blown into a mold, then hand-tooled to finish ruffles. They are melon shaped with a ruffled rim.
Each measure 6″ tall, 4″ at widest, sold as a set. Circa 1943-1949.

Elegant candlestick holder set with Manhattan art deco pattern.
Sharp horizontal ribbed Depression glass pattern called ‘Manhattan’ by Anchor Hocking. This pattern was made between 1938 and 1943.
Each candlestick holder measures 4.5″ square. Candle receiver has vertical inner lines that help hold the taper candle. Can be turned up-side down and used as votive candle holders.

1920s English Art Glass Inkwell and Paperweight with Sliced Cane Decor
Made by one of England’s oldest and finest glassmakers called ‘Whitefriars’. First established by Carmelite Monks knowns as ‘White Friars’ in the 1600s, and finally closing its doors in the 1980s.This beautiful relic was made in the 1920s to 1930s by the Walsh Walsh or Arculus studios (part of Whitefriars). It is a large sized inkwell that has been used as such. There is a small stress mark on the bottom of the stopper’s insert (the part which goes inside the bottle), which can’t be seen and must be studied to detect. The ‘well’ has contained liquids in the past and has a light whispy film of liquid residue that will not clean off. Neither of these affect the integrity or the beauty of the glass. Only light bottom-wear, unusual as we would expect to see more bottom-wear on such a heavy piece. Overall outer appearance is excellent.
Completely hand-made. Heavy blown glass with a polished base. The decor was accomplished by hand-arranging small canes (millefiori) and encasing them within the colorless glass. The concentric millefiori decor is just above the base and near the top of the stopper. An optical illusion causes the millefiori to be seen at the base of the inner well, but this is just a reflection, and a very nice one too. The skilled glass artist has inserted tiny air-bubbles, also in a concentric pattern, between the canes. The stopper was made to fit, and with a turn will settle in and provide a good seal.Weighs 4.25 lbs. Measures 6.25″ tall on a 4.5″ base. It is 5″ at widest with a total widest girth of 15″.
Stunning. A great and unusual gift for the paperweight or inkwell collector. Whitefriars glass is highly prized by glass collectors of all kinds. Would be a great focal point for vanity or desk decor. Can also double as a precious liquid decanter.

Set of Seven Burple Glass Water Goblets in Forest Green.
This popular Atomic era pattern was called Burple by Anchor Hocking. Circa 1950s. Collectors love to call them “Boopies”. The tightly joined balls on the base make it a “Boopie”. The goblets came in all sizes and many colors. Anchor Hocking made many more table glass forms with Boopies.
Water goblets are the hardest size to find because they were used the most and suffered more fatalities. They are in a favored color, patented by Anchor Hocking, called ‘Forest Green’.
The bowl was blown from mold with heat finished rim. The colorless Boopie base came from a mold, was hand-worked up with a twist, then applied to the bowl. They measure 6″ tall and hold 9 ounces with ½ lip service. Beautiful for holiday tables. Sturdy enough for everyday use.

Amber Stained Pressed Heavy Quality Glass Serving Bowls
These interesting vintage glass bowls resemble Early American Prescut, but are of a much higher quality than the Depression EAPC glass. This “fan & Star” pattern probably pre-dates Depression Glass; est. circa 1930s. The golden yellow color is permanently stained on the glass (applied by hand) and fused by extreme heat. It will not wear off (as flashed glass can). This decor was sometimes called “Amberette”.
A few elegant glassmakers of the first part of the 20th century made amber stained glass; Heisey, Duncan (Amberette), Fostoria (Golden Glow), Cambridge, Hobbs Bruckunier, and Bohemian makers. The staining is precise and intricate, feels extremely soft and smooth to the touch. The glass is heavy and brilliant. Glass was pressed, NO mold lines visible (polished). Each bowl has acid ground triangles and grinding enclosing the stained stars. These areas were ground to provide a scratch-free base and for added decor. Nice touch. Beautiful edging is soft and seamless.
The large bowl measures 8.5″ x 8.5″ (flares to 10″ at widest), 2.5″ deep and weighs 2.5 lbs. Smaller bowl measures 5.25″ wide, 2″ deep and weighs 1 lb.

Large Forest Green Inspiration Goblet Set of 5
Fabulous set of 5 large Forest Green Inspiration Goblets by Anchor Hocking, circa 1950’s. In excellent condition.
These were called by other nicknames such as “Burple” (the correct nickname). They are often called “Berwick”, “Early American”, “Boopie” and “Bubble”, which are incorrect but tolerated because these are the names of Anchor Hocking stemware very similiar in design. Inspiration “Burple” have twisted stems with balls on the end, were given away as promotions and are highly sought after today.
They are big – 6 5/8″ tall – 13oz Ice Tea. They are beautiful, the patented Forest Green color can’t be matched. Very useable (handwash only).

L.E. Smith Kitchen Canister Set
Vintage LE Smith Moon & Star canister set of 5. Circa 1940-1970. Set includes (1) 11.5″ gallon canister (1) 9.5″ half gallon canister (2) 7″ quart canisters & (1) 5.25″ pint canister (rare in pint size). All items have original lids.
Cannister bodies are in excellent condition – lids of cannisters are chipped from use (common). One quart size lid is in excellent condition (uncommon). Wonderful, usefull set – looks awesome on the kitchen counter.

A lovely Amberina crackle ewer make by Kanawha #6-8H. Tall cruet in Amberina crackle. Excellent condition. Circa 1957-1987. Mold blown, applied handle. Hand tooled spout measures 8″ tall on a 2.5″ base.
Make excellent sauce, oil or vinegar cruets. Can use cork stoppers.

Kanawha Amberina Crackle Creamer
Rare hand blown amberina crackled Kanawha Creamer #43 with label. In excellent condition. Kanawha produced hand blown forms after acquiring Hamon Handcrafted Glass in 1969 which produced crackle glass during the 1950’s.
This item is either Hamon stock with a Kanawha label or a Kanawha remake. Measures 3.5″ tall. Soft red on yellow pontil mark, applied handle.

Jester Rock Glass Set of Four
Ultra retro set of four Jester Rock Glasses. In good to excellent condition. Made and signed by Culver, popular 1950’s glassware maker.
Mold blown with weighted bases. Hand decorated with gold foil and blue/lime Enamel. Extremely minor wear points – decoration looks almost new. Approx. 4″ tall with 4″ wide mouths. Rare in this condition.

Jeannette Depression Glass Craquelle Candlestick Holders
Depression Glass Marigold Faux Crackle Candlestick Holders. Circa 1930-1940. Note: It is possible that these are Imperial Glass candlesticks. These sticks are shown in both Imperial Glass and Jeannette Glass references. Both of the same era. Depression Glass.
In good condition with tiny flea-bites on sharp edges. Not noticeable to the eye – can be felt. Finish is not worn – bright and colorful. 7″ tall on a 4.5″ base. Heavy glass, weigh 1.5 each.

Jamestown Glass Green Seeded Milk Jug
Green Seeded Milk Jug made by Jamestown Glasshouse of 1608 in Jamestown, Virginia in the mid 1950’s. Reproduced using similar techniques and forms as glass blowers from the 17th century. Produced by Blenko Art Glass, an American company which offered a full line of early American reproductions. Jamestown Glasshouse was a division of Blenko.
In excellent condition. Hand blown, hand tooled spout, applied handle, inverted base with soft pontil mark. Measures 5.25″ tall and 5.25″ from handle to spout and weighs 1 lb.
Bottom wear heavy, indicating age approximately 60 years old. Note the intentional bubbles – part of the “seeded” glass antique look. Note the black spot on the pontil – it is a speck of charcoal from the furnace. This is often seen in authentic early American glass which Blenko faithfully reproduced. Makes a unique creamer, bar jug, or a lovely vase.

Jade green satin slag glass vase
Hard to find jade green satin slag grape & glass vase. These were made by Westmoreland Glass and by Fenton Art Glass (called mint green) for the florist industry in the 1960’s/1970’s.
3-part mold, soft satin finish, detailed decor, mint green/creamy white slag. Finish is rich and soft to the touch. Grape decor is raised and nicely detailed. Heavy vase, weighs 3 lbs – 9 1/16″ tall, 5.25″ at widest.
These vases are becoming harder to find and very collectible. The color is unusual and scarce today. Made well, heavy glass, nice detail, color rare. For the old fashioned mother on Mother’s Day, fill it with white flowers and she’ll love it!

Imperial Glass Candlewick Tazza
Elegant Imperial Crystal Flared 4 Ball Stemmed Tall Candlewick Tazza. The Candlewick line was designed and patented by the Imperial Glass Co. in 1936. This beautiful, high-end glass pattern was inspired by the cotton wick that was used in Colonial America embroidery. Candlewick glassware was very popular and it was produced until 1982. It can be found in 100’s of different glassware shapes.
This item is a 5″ comport #4, flared, 4 ball stem. Bowl is 5.5″ wide. It is in excellent condition.
The glass is medium weight and high quality. Extremely fun to collect and use. The Candlewick pattern came in a large variety of colors, decoration (etchings, gold, etc.), and shapes.

Italian Murano Vaseline Glass Duck
This awesome Murano Cenedese cased vaseline glass duck was made in the early 1950s by the Italian Cenedese glass makers, co-owed by Alfredo Barbini. The brightly colored inner casing is a Barbini trademark in his figurines. This large duck has no label, but is verified Cenedese, 1950s. The center casing is vaseline glass, creating a fantastic eye treat.
Vaseline glass is glass that is made with uranium salts and emits a green glow when under a UV or black light. The above photos show how this duck beautifully glows under a black light.
This crooning vaseline glass duck measures 6.75″ tall, about 9″ wide and weighs over 2.5 lbs.

Table Sized Candlewick Shaker Set by Imperial Glass
The Candlewick shaker set is two full-size salt and pepper shakers with the 8-ball bottle foot. These Imperial Glass Candlewick pattern table-size shakers are hard to find. Estimated circa 1930-1940. Imperial Glass made this popular pattern until the 1970s. The chromed copper caps suggest these are of an older production.
Imperial Glass Company was established in 1901 in Bellaire, OH, USA. They produced glass through the decades, but then in 1984 closed their doors forever. Read more about Imperial Glass below.
