Finland Votive Bulb Vase Set of Two
Hyacinth votive bulb vase marked Finland. Set of two. Small sized for the medium to small bulbs. We have a medium-sized hyacinth in the images. Both in excellent condition. Bulb forcing vases provide flowers indoors. Fun to use.
We have not identified the maker. Unable to locate the odd logo in our vast references. Date of make unknown.
Molded glass with the perfect setting for a bulb. These could be used for candle votives also. Measure 3″ tall with a 2.9″ wide opening.

Fenton Art Glass Colonial Swirl low bowl set of four
Vintage Fenton art glass low bowl set. Fenton Art Glass #7076 Swirl pattern in Colonial Green. Set of four consists of three small and one large bowl.
All in excellent condition. Made in the 1970’s. Smaller bowls measure 5.5″ round, 1.5″ tall and weigh 1 lb each. Large bowl measures 7.5″ round, 1.75″ deep and weighs 3 lbs. Thick heavy glass was blown into mold and hand-finished.
Beautiful multiple use art glass bowls by famous American maker Fenton Art Glass. Use for catch-all, candleholders, snack servers.

Elegant Glowing Amber Art Glass Bowl
Soft glowing amber art glass bowl. The pattern on the base, the luxurious soft feel of the glass and the color points to a Duncan Miller Canterbury variation. May also be from Cambridge Glass or Fostoria.
Circa 1940’s. In excellent condition with medium bottom-wear on polished base. Measures 7″ wide and 1.75″ deep Thick, luscious glass. Blown into mold with hand pulled “stylized” tips. Looks like a flower.
Beautiful vintage bowl has many uses; food service, catch-all, flower bowl, candle holder, ashtray, etc. The glowing color is hard to capture in images. Lovely soft amber glass undulates with intensity with the varied thickness of the glass and optics.

Duncan Miller Pink Rocket Vase
A beautiful piece of Depression Era glass. Duncan Miller No. 12 Rocket Vase in Pink with Festoon Optic. This is a rare form and a rare color. It is hand blown with drape optic. The Duncan Catalog shows No. 12 Vase as a 3-footed rocket shaped base with a variety of rim styles. Lovely, Lovely, Lovely.
This pink rock vase is large. It measures 6.5″ tall and 11.5″ at widest. It weighs 4 lbs.

Duncan Miller Art Glass Set of Mid-Century Modernistic Servers
Set of two Duncan Miller huge “Laguna” serving dishes in Biscayne Green designed by Rosati. Circa 1950’s. They are hand blown with polished seat rims. Both have good bottom wear, but they haven’t been used much. Heavy dishes like these create bottom wear easily. There are no chips or cracks. These lovely dishes would look stunning on any Christmas table.
This is a wonderful set of eames era table glass. The 1950’s advertisement below reads: “This ware shows Rosati’s nice feeling for modern informal design, and his fine perception of the niceties of line and form. Notice too, the precise clean definition of detailing…the flawless undistorted clarity…both characteristic of well practiced hand craft by the old traditional methods”.
These mid-century modernistic servers are very large. The divided server (Duncan part 154/28) measures 13.75″ long, 9″ at widest and 2″ tall. It weighs 4.3 lbs. The bowl (154/26) measures 12″ long, 10″ at widest and 6″ at tallest. It weighs 4 lbs.

Dark Amber Twisted Stem Vintage Glass Compote
Lovely deep amber vintage glass compote with twisted stem. The medium bottom wear indicates age, circa 1940’s-1960’s.
Made by Blenko Art Glass and shown in the 1954 catalog as part no. 444. Stem is solid glass, applied to foot on applied button. There is a soft pontil mark.
The vintage glass compote measures 5.5″ tall with a 6.5″ wide bowl.

Dark Green Depression Vaseline Glass Cake Plate by Jeannette
Beautiful antique glass floral cake plate made by Jeannette Glass Company in the 1930’s. The pattern is called “Sunflower”. The Depression vaseline glass cake plate features pressed raised decor that is detailed and very eye pleasing. The top surface is smooth, with a raised pattern on the underside.
The lovely dark green color was achieved by adding Uranium to the glass recipe. The result is called “Vaseline Glass” which glows bright green under blacklight. Vaseline glass is not dangerous to health. The mineral was added to strengthen and color the glass (with shades of green or yellow). There is a dark wavy line within the glass. The inclusion was there when it was made. Does not affect the integrity of the glass and is common in Depression glassware.
The Depression vaseline glass cake plate stands 1.5″ tall on 3 stylized feet. It measures 10″ wide for large cakes.

Handblown Danish Modern Smoke Black Pitcher
Handmade mid-century Swedish modern smoke black pitcher. It was hand blown with medium weight smokey black glass with a slight hint of brown. There is an inverted swirled pontil. The handle is applied. Circa 1950’s – 1960’s.
This nice little pitcher was made by or inspired by Iittala Kartio – Kaj Franck style. The smoked tinted glass was hugely popular in the mid 20th century and it’s popularity has returned today. The medium sized pitcher is perfect for juice, milk and is very handy at the bar. It also makes a beautiful table vase.
The smoke black pitcher measures 6″ tall on a 3.5 wide base.

Bohemian Decanter with Cut Crystal Vaseline & Cobalt
Beautiful tall vintage / antique Bohemian decanter with Cobalt blue glass, cut to yellow vaseline. Circa 1920’s – 1940’s. The original vaseline stopper has an intentional stylized air bubble. This tall beauty is made from thick, heavy glass with deep cuts. It glows under a blacklight.
This Bohemian decanter measures 16.5″ tall with stopper on a 3.25″ base. It weighs 3.1 lbs.

Cubist Pattern Candle Glimmer Light by Lancaster Colony
Lancaster Colony Whitehall Cubist pattern glimmerlight 2-piece candleholder. Circa 1960’s – 1970’s.
The cubist pattern by Colony is a replica of Fostoria’s famous American pattern. Colony wanted to capitalize on the popularity of Fostoria’s pattern. They produced a lower cost line. The pattern is nearly exact, hard to tell the difference. Colony used a different glass recipe and a different rayed base pattern on seat.
The cubist pattern candle is 5″ tall and approx. 6″ at widest. It holds the short wide candles. NOTE: Never use candles with metal tags on the underside – the metal tags can heat up enough to shatter old glass. Always remove metal tags from candles before use on old glass.

Cute puffy poodle finial depression glass poodle jar. In great condition, poodle top color is slightly lighter than vessel.. Otherwise, no flaws. 5.5 ” tall, 4″ wide.
Molded depression glass, circa 1930s-1940s. Top and bottom have straw marks, expected with depression glass. Made by Jeannette Glass.

Charging Warhorse Depression Glass Bookend Set
Large 1940’s leaping stallion glass bookend set. Set of old glass warhorse bookends made by the American Glass Co. in the late 1940’s. Very large for bookends. Each measure 9.5 long, 7″ at tallest and 4.25″ wide. Weigh a hefty 4.5 lbs each.
Very old glass, with a slight yellow hue due to elements (ash) in the old glass recipe. One bookend has a tad darker yellow hue than the other. The recipe difference shows up in the images more intense than it really is because of light reflection. These fabulous horses were “married” late in life. Each came from a different glass batch.
Nice rendition of a Greek or Roman war horse with a braided main leaping through the fields towards battle. Art deco styling. Some tiny peppered bubbles throughout. One has an internal stress mark, caused by the maker, and due to the weight of the glass. The stress mark does not affect the integrity of the glass, it is very solid. All inherent in old glass. No chips or cracks. Some roughness on the inner base ridge. Glass is clean and clear.

Charcoal Vintage Crackle Glass Ewer
Mid-Century Swedish Modern Blown Crackle Glass Ewer. Simply beautiful. Tight, sparkly crackle glass from the 1950’s – 1960’s in excellent condition, a lovely example of the Swedish Modern craze. Hand Blown by Pilgrim Art Glass. Applied thin handle with a stylized loop.
Nice sized, meant to use at the table, but also makes a stunning vase. 7″ tall. Pontil slightly visible, obscured by crackle. Scarce smoked color. Light black, or gray, also called Charcoal.
Shown with a medium lemon to show size. Also shown with a Pilgrim wine glass necklace (held by a long leather band around the neck) in a smoke green color (available separately).

Cased Amethyst Italian Art Glass Wine Stems
Pair of tall hand blown mid-century wine glasses. Solid amethyst glass wine stems finished with a white and amethyst cased bowl resulting in a creamy grape color.
Hand blown with inverted applied base. Rounded pontil mark on seat. Both in excellent, original condition. Both have tiny air bubbles on base. The bowls also have a couple small untintentional air bubbles, hard to see. Trapped air bubbles are commonly found on hand made glass from the 1950’s to 1960’s.
Very tall, long stemmed wines. Measure 9″ tall. The original retro-mod crowd of the mid-century used these with elaborate, big, matching decanters that are again very popular and sought after today. Probably Italian made, the Scandinavians also made this type of cased glass at the time. Circa 1950’s-1960’s.

Lovely old cased hollow glass fish. In excellent condition! Hard to find these without chiggers. Estimated circa 1940-1950.
Hand blown and tooled with applied clear glass fins and black glass eyes. The inner case is white, outer case is clear with dark red stripes. Big fish measures 8.75″ long and 2.75″ tall, weighs .5 lb.

Set of Retro Italian Blown Glass Brandy Snifters
Rare set of blown optic glass brandy snifters. Each hold 7 ounces (with 1″ lip-service). Perfect for brandy, but great for fancy mixed cocktails too.
Not often seen in this size. These are made to drink from, rather than the oversize optic snifter balloons which were made to be used as vases. Especially hard to find as a set.
All in like-new condition. Hand-made in Italy, circa 1950’s. Blown from a diamond pillow optic mold in golden amber glass. The colorless foot and stem were formed separately and applied. Stand 4 1/8″ tall.
Perfect for the retro modern bar. Unique Italian bar glass.

Brilliant Diamond Cut Waffle Crystal Salt Cellar Set
A pair of oval solid pedestal crystal salt cellar with diamond shaped base, sawtooth rim and overall diamond pattern on sides and bottom of base. These antique crystal salt cellars were made in Czechoslovakia in the early 1900’s.
They are master cellar sized with heavy chunk crystal. The diamond waffle cut is deep and faceted and is on the base also. ABUNDANT sharp edges. Old salt cellars have lots of fun uses today. We display eggs in them on the Easter morning table.
Each crystal salt cellar measures 3″ wide and is 2.15″ tall.

Antique Bohemian Glass Mottled Satin Urn Vase
Very old, lovely mottled satin urn vase. This vase was completely hand-made with heavy, quality glass. It was hand blown in one piece from a gather of amber glass combined with layer of earthtone splatter glass. The vase was removed from the blowpipe at the top, instead of the bottom, and the rim sheared off and polished. This technique removes the glass makers pontil mark. The base is slightly inverted, smooth with medium bottom-wear. The exterior was treated with an acid wash resulting in the soft matte satin finish. The glass actually feels as soft and smooth as satin. It is perfect except at the polished rim which is uneven, with some slight, shallow lines suggesting a possible rim chip repair. It is smooth, and could be the result of hand-tooling the rim when it was being made.
This vase is unsigned. We can verify it is very old, dates to the end of the 19th century to the early 20th century and was made in Czechoslovakia. Victorian / Art Nouveau form with distinct Bohemian characteristics.
The mottled satin urn vase measures 7″ tall, 6.5″ at widest with a girth of 18″. It weighs 2 lbs.

Retro Blue Lucite Grapes with Leaves
Large bunch of vintage blue lucite grapes, perfect for the retro home decor. The grapes are still shiny and have only a few unnoticeable scratches, very unusual for this fabulous decor item from the late 1950’s to the late 1960’s. The unit is has been re-wired with the original wiring. A special feature of this bunch of mid-century grapes is it’s resin leaves. Most found today have cloth and wire leaves, if any at all. There are two leaves, one larger than the other.
This fabulous authentic retro decor item is LARGE. These are not small grapes. The blue lucite grapes are 1.5″ to 2″ wide, with a 5-6″ circumference. There are 17 grapes on the log. The grape log measures 12″ long and 7″ at widest. It weighs 3.5 lbs.
