Retro Vintage Bookend Set with Resin Grapes
Hard to find 1960’s bookend set with big resin grape logs. This set is in very good condition. The big green and blue resin grapes have minimal wear with very light scuffing where only where they meet. They look almost like-new.
Heavy oak wood with felt covered bases. Wood is in excellent condition. Bright and cheery bookends for your retro mod decor.
Measure 7″ tall, 5″ wide and 7″ long. Weigh 2½ lbs each.

$60.00Simply stunning large poodle figurine with pink glass jewels on her collar and blue glass eyes. Sitting pretty with an adorable little smile.
She’s in top form with just a little boo-boo on the back of her head in the center (see images). The thin, small sliver chip is very hard to see, it blends right in with the white color. No chips or cracks or discoloration. The yellow you see on the base is original and probably caused by the surface on which she was created. The jewels are original and made of glass.
Created in 1966. Incised in the base is her name “Fi Fi” the initials of the artist “V.L.” and the year “’66”.
Large figurine measures 11½” long, 8″ tall and 6″ at widest.
Fi Fi is looking for a good forever home.

$40.00Sweet piggy bank by Lefton’s Exclusives Japan.
In perfect condition with original label still attached to the base. After WWII, Japan was the U.S.’s major supplier of trinkets of all kinds. Today U.S. trinkets come from China. I remember when Japan had the job of supplying the U.S. with lovelies of all kinds. The product was 100 times better than that we receive from China today.
This little piggy was hand-painted with applied flower eyes and stem roses on its back. It is in perfect condition. There is no hole on the belly for removing coins. It’s the type of bank that must be broken to remove the coins. Or the coins can be removed by turning the bank upside down and using a knife to direct the coins to slide out.
Measures 6″ long and 4¼” tall. Circa 1940’s to 1950’s. Great as a child’s gift with some special coins to put inside, or for your favorite piggy bank collector.

$115.00Antique hand-made primitive chest of drawers. Table, counter or shelf size cabinet with 14 little drawers. Made without power tools, totally off-hand. The little drawers are not all the same size and each one fits into it’s particular opening.
Very sturdy. Stands straight, no wobbling. Weighs 6 lbs. Stands 12 5/8″ tall, just under 8″ wide, and just under 5″ thick. Drawers are 2½” wide, 3 3/4″ long and 1 1/8″ deep. Although very primitive, it was well-made. All joints are firmly held together.
It is at least 80 years old, probably older. Wood has shrunk in some areas but has not affected the integrity. Dark stain in in good condition with slight wear around the edges of the drawers.

Vintage Cowboy Boots Large Unique Brass Sculptures
Pair of well-worn cowboy boots in solid brass. Scarce form. Metal figurines were made in every conceivable shape but this is the only pair of cowboy boots we’ve seen. Both have aged uniform patina. At least 50 years old.
Big boots. One is 4½” tall, the other is 4″ tall. Each weigh 1 lb. The lines running down the front center are welding marks. Each had a sticker on the sole that was removed some time ago. Rare relics for the rare cowboy. Perfect for western decor.

Mid-Century Modern Swedish styling fork and spoon servers in original box.
Sturdy well-made serving utensils measure 10½” long. Handles made of a polished dark hardwood. Hardware is brass with a beautiful dark and even patina.
Both in excellent condition. Appears to be unused. Includes original box with red velvet lining and black tortoise outer. Box is marked “Made in Hong Kong”.
Probably made in the late 1940’s to early 1950’s when Hong Kong was the U.S.’s favorite exporter. At that time Hong Kong provided ‘pretty things’ for U.S. consumers rather than technology which is their main export today.

This glamorous beauty is in excellent condition. Hard to find ice buckets from the mid-20th century without noticeable use. Looks new!
The etched silver decor is detailed in birds, trees, floral and scalloped drapes. The handle is etched too. Has a Middle-Eastern flair.
Vintage Arabic ice bucket marked on the base by the maker. It’s a Seal balancing a ball encircled encircled with Arabic writing.
We believe the thick metal casing is aluminum. Shines as bright as the day it was made, approximately 50 to 60 years ago. It looks like silver, but there are no signs of tarnish. No scratches, perfect.
The interior insulation is perfect, not a blemish. Extremely well-made and sturdy. High-end hardware screws ensure all parts are secure.
Large bucket measures 9″ tall, 23″ circumference.. Weighs nearly 2 lbs. A must for the upscale home bar.

The metal shade holders are adjustable by gently pushing in or out. Measures 7.25” tall and 5.5” at widest base. Some signs of wear are visible on the gold finished parts. No corrosion. Black and blue UL sticker on both. Cords are 68” long.
Includes double hooped thin mold blown glass lantern shades in light amber luster/iridescent. No wear. Both in perfect condition. Very clean. Heat finished rims on top and bottom. Lamp with shade measure 16″ tall. Perfect for 1950s style atomic décor.

Vintage Big Eye Sad Girl ‘Mith You’ statue. Wildly popular in the 1960’s-1970’s. Came in a large variety of big-eye human cartoon forms with different sayings and were called ‘Sillisculps’.
Made by W & R Berries and Co. in the U.S.A. All were signed and dated. This sad lisping little girl is dated 1973. Extremely detailed. Made of resin with applied eyes. The felt on the base has shrunk with age, otherwise in perfect condition. Stands 6″ tall, base is 3″ square, weighs 1/2 lb.

Frankoma Pottery Mid-Century Modern Stylized Jet Black Vase
Vintage Frankoma Pottery Free Form vase in jet black gloss. Perfect for Mid-20th Century modernist decor. Frankoma Catalog form number # 21-8″. This jet-set free form vase was made by Frankoma from 1964 to 1976.
Frankoma was founded in 1933. The infamous pottery maker used earth from Oklahoma where they were located. On the base (see image) you can see the wonderful dark reddish clay made from Oklahoma’s soil. This dark clay is sometimes called ‘Redware’.
In perfect, like-new condition. At least 42 years old. Signed ‘Frankoma 21’.

Gigantic Brass Candle Holders Floor Standing Antique
Antique gigantic brass candle holders made in the late 19th Century to early 20th Century. This floor standing candle holders are very tall. One measures 2′ 5″ tall, the other is 2′ 3″ tall.
Huge candle holders like these were used for lighting when electricity wasn’t available. Also used as alter decor in churches.
Made of solid brass with hand-etched Asian style decor throughout. Featuring inverted baluster and beehive shapes. Each break down to three pieces and are interchangeable. The interior shows a great deal of age, not visible on the exterior.
The exterior has seen many chemical polishes, and due to chemical polishing the Patina (natural darkening of the metal due to age) is light and a bit uneven. No physical damage to the exterior.
Note: NEVER use chemicals for antique metal polishing, elbow grease and a soft polishing cloth is the only way to go. The uneven patina showing on these grand candlesticks will correct itself over the years if chemicals are not used.
The taller candle holder weighs a little over 5 lbs, the other weighs 5 lbs. The candle opening is 2¼” wide. The opening tapers down allowing for 2¼” wide candles or very tall taper candles.

$250.00Immense Antique Beehive Baluster Brass Candlestick Holder Set
Immense Antique Beehive Baluster Brass Candlesticks Set Very tall…and very unusual. Majestic antique brass candlestick holders crowned with a full beehive and supported by knops and balusters.
Standing almost 2 feet tall, these impressive candlesticks could grace your long dining table, or massive mantel, or end tables, or even on the floor. Majestic. Probably English brass of the Victorian period, but could be older. The mixture of beehive and baluster is a rare combination. It is enormously hard to find very tall antique candlestick holders like these and the mixture of baluster and beehive is rarely seen.
The square, raised base provides the extra stability they need. It’s also the type of base you see on tall church alter candlestick holders. They break down to three pieces. The threads were machined. The thick brass was hand cast. There are no maker marks. The candle opening is 1 and 1/8” wide with a small spike in the center to balance the candlestick. It was designed for the thick hand-made candles of yesteryear but will balance any width under 1 1/8” because of the little spike.
Each has beautiful, warm and even patina. They have been rubbed and rubbed, but not polished with chemicals so the patina is uniform. There is no corrosion. There are a couple of small shallow dents that appear to be original from the maker caused during creation. Stand 21” tall on a 5” square base and weigh 5 lbs each.

Vintage Mushroom Decor Coffee Mug Set of Six
Retro vintage mushroom decor set of six mugs all in like-new condition. Estimated circa late 1950s to late 1960s. Unmarked.
The color is as bright as the day they were made. These mugs have never seen a dishwasher. The white porcelain glaze is brilliant white, no stains, no crazing.
These retro mod mugs are cute as heck. Mushrooms, flowers and lady bugs in authentic retro hippie style. Stack-able bases. Offered as a set of 6. Measure 3.5″ tall.

World’s Greatest Grandpa Figurine
Tell your dear Grandpa how much you love him with this retro vintage Russ Berrie & Co. resin greatest grandpa figurine. Grandpa will be so surprised when he reads the original label on the base and learns his gift was actually made in the U.S.A. It will send him off reminiscing of the good old days. The old sticker reads: ‘Russ Berrie & Co., Inc. – Copyright 1965, 1968, 1970 – Unbreakable – Made in the USA – Wallace Berrie & Co. Inc.’. This cute grandpa figurine is also marked ‘W & R Berries Co. 1970’ molded into the figurine on the back base.
Made by W R Berrie & Company. Russ and Wallace Berrie made these very popular figurines in a wide variety in the 1960’s and 1970’s. They created the molds and reproduced their figurines in resin, the hot new medium of the day. The resin color is a vanilla cream. It appears lighter and darker depending on the carving.
This rocking grandpa is in perfect condition. There is green felt on the base and it has shrunk with age. He measures 6″ tall and weighs 1 lb.

For your favorite goofy bowler… This bowler gag trophy was made by W & R Berries and Co. in the U.S.A in the 1970’s when ‘big eye’ cartoon art was in vogue.
The figurine line was called ‘Sillisculps’. The goofy bowler figurine here is not marked, very unusual. Most have the maker’s name and date. Perhaps this form was a special make for a bowling function. This is the first and only bowler figurine like this we’ve seen.
Made of resin. Stands 5″ tall. In great condition with the only wear showing on the felt base which has shrunk with age.

Vitro Ceramica 1960’s Flower Power Tile Double Trivet
Double trivet teakwood tray with handmade tiles by Vitro Ceramica. This Flower Power hippie era kitchen trivet was made in the 1960’s. It’s in great condition with the only signs of wear on the base. The tiles are like-new and the teak has been well-maintained.
The tiles are marked ‘Vitroceramica, Made in Spain’. One tile has a ‘6’ in a square and a ‘B’ in a diamond. The other tile has a ‘3’ in the square.
The teakwood was hand-carved and the tiles were hand-made. The psychedelic flowers have a raised texture and are done in a moss green and mustard yellow. Measures 13 ¼” long from handle to handle, 6” wide. The tiles are 4 ¼ x 4 1/4”.

$75.00Vintage Italian Redware Hand Painted Holly Charger
Hand-made Italian redware majolica serving platter is decorated with leaves and berries in blue, green and red on creamy white background by Nicola Fasono.
The current Nicola Fasano was born in 1968. He comes from a very long and legendary line of Italian ceramists like Francesco Nicola Fasano, who in the 1200’s created ceramics for Isabella of Aragon from a cave just below the present modern factory. Another ancestor, also named Francesco Nicola, opened the first store in 1623 using an oven still in use today that has been carbon dated to be about 2400 years old.
Their work is seen in the most prestigious stores and museums around the world. One of the more famous stores is Gumps of San Francisco of which this plate still bears the label. Gumps according to Gumps is “The legendary destination for luxury gifts, jewelry, artful objects and home decor” and is famous for importing much of the best mid-century objects from around the world in the 1960’s – 1970’s. We do not know the age of this plate, but it probably falls into the mid-20th century era.
The platter measures 12.75″ round with slanting up rims. Permanently marked ‘ceramiche Nicola Fasano CNF Grottaglie Made in Italy’. The Gumps sticker reads ‘CG Gumps …San Francisco Made in Italy’. Weighs 2½ lbs.
It is in original condition, no crazing, glaze is bright and color-rich. There are a couple of maker’s misses (left by the artist) to mention; 1) There is a dash on the unglazed seat rim that is a bit concave and has glaze over it. The artist repaired it that way. 2) On the front of the platter there are 2 tiny spots where the cream glaze was missed by the artist. Both of these maker’s misses are typical of handmade ceramics.

Very Tall Egyptian Akhenaten Style Sculpture
Impressive 17.25″ tall sculpture. This odd shaped man resembles Pharaoh Akhenaten with an elongated head, extremities and features, with a ponch belly and female-like chest.
During his short reign (1351 BC -1337 BC) it is said that he instructed all artists to portray humans as they appeared, not in an idolized fashion as before (and after). This eye-catching figurine is obviously not a Pharaoh, as he is laboring with a jar on his head, but his features match that of the mysterious sun-worshipper Akhenaten. Some say that his strange appearance was because he was a mixed breed, half human – half alien, others says it was from a genetic disease.
Made of brass or bronze. A scratch test only revealed confusion. The metal appears more brass than bronze. The texture appears more bronze than brass. Slight hints of orange/red tone in metal.
Unsigned. Natural even-toned soft patina. Circa estimated 1920 – 1950. Made by hand. In perfect condition. Weighs 1.5 lbs.

Retro vintage Tiki boat server tray measures 3’5″ long! Circa 1960’s. Made of a lightweight black plastic composite with veneer decor on both sides. The back looks like fake wood paneling. The front is in a stylized Avocado decor.
You could put enough guacamole for a hundred people in this server! Makes a memorable display for any large quantity of party food, fruit, bread, etc.
In good condition with veneer strong and intact on both sides. The avocado decor has faded slightly and evenly. No nicks. Looks great.

Well-preserved Mid-Century Modern teak wood condiment set made of genuine Teak and Italian glass. Beautiful set. The only wear to mention is the original white rubber trivets that once surrounded the stopper knobs were missing. We have replaced the rubber trivets. This set is in such good condition it appears unused.
The glass cruets are marked ‘Italy’ on the base with a flower or 4-leaf clover type impression. The wood is marked ‘Goodwood Genuine Teak Thailand’. Circa 1960’s.
The handled tray is 10″ long. The bottles with stoppers are 6.25″ tall on a 3″ wide base. Nice quality, great for retro modern style dining.

Mid-20th century hand-made ceramic vase in a beautiful velvety soft green turquoise glaze. Measures 21″ tall. Remnant of a rectangle label remains on the thin neck. Deep vertical ribs run from the base to the neck.
Possibly by Raymor, Italy. Circa 1950’s – 1960’s. In nearly new condition with one small impact chigger on the base, can only be seen when turned upside-down. Clean inside. Glaze is bright with no signs of wear. Beautiful.

Stands 18″ tall. Big brass candle holder for Gothic dining tables, mantels, spooky corners, etc. This exact candlestick holder form and size was spotted on The Secret of The Purple Reef, a 1960 – 20th Century Fox film starring Peter Falk, among other popular 1960’s actors. This gives us good reason to date it to around the 1960’s.
In the 195’0s through the 1970’s most of our imports came from Japan. This huge candle holder is marked ‘Japan’ on its base. Made of heavy turned brass.
Beautiful light and even golden patina. Has some light atmosphere spotting that is very hard to see. Has no corrosion. Comes apart for easy cleaning (never use metal polish, just a soft cloth with a little oil and some elbow grease). Dark areas in the images are reflections. This big candlestick has uniform color. Weighs 2.75 lbs, 18″ tall, and a 5″ round base. Accommodates candlesticks or larger votives or towers.

Made in Japan and marked on the base. Circa 1970’s-1980’s. Graphics are complete and bright – no damage. Made of porcelain. Maker’s miss on base edge and can be seen at the base of the Superwoman with beavers mug. This is a mold irregularity, not a chip.
Each measure 3½’ tall with a 3½” wide mouth. Holds 8 ounces. Perfect of the office, great for unique gifting.

Large swan bookend set in beautiful vintage condition with uniform aged golden patina. They stand 8.25″ tall and weigh 3½ lbs each.
The bases are covered with a thin rubber-like material that prevents slipping and surface damage. Old importer label still attaced to base reads: Decorative Crafts, Inc. Hand-Crafted Imports 4893. Another sticker reads: Made in Korea.
The ‘Decorate Crafts’ importer was established in 1928, USA. They are still in business today, importing mainly furniture. The age of this swan pair is unknown. The decor style is Art Nouveau, nature based with flowing lines, which was popular at the turn of the 19th Century. Art Nouveau style remains popular and has been used in decor design ever since. We estimate the age of these swans to be 40 years or older.

Send in the Clowns Retro Vintage Music Box
Patinated cut metal figurine vintage music box made in the 1970’s and 1980’s. A huge assortment of figurine and scenes were available on these popular music boxes made in Hong Kong.
This one is a clown that looks a lot like the Tin Man on Wizard of Oz with an oil can hat. Plays ‘Send in the Clowns. The clown rotates as the music plays. Original sticker on base.
In wonderful condition except this clown is missing his bunch of balloons once held in his outstretched hand. The hand has a bar of metal behind it that held the missing balloons. This bar of metal can hold other things now, like flowers, a card, a ring on a stick, etc.
Measures 14″ tall and 4½” at widest. Great gift (especially with something special in its hand) for the clown in your life, the clown lover, circus fan, children, get well, etc.

Mid-century modern teak table service set is made of Goodwood Genuine Teak from Thailand.
Salads are nicely served with this complete service set. It includes: (1) 10″ round, 4″ tall bowl; (8) 6″ round, 2″ tall bowls; and (1) set of spoon and fork service utensils measuring 12″ long.
In great condition. All items have been used but wear is minimal and is limited to slight changes in the shade of the wood due to washing. There are no dents or scratches. All items look ‘nearly’ new.
The large bowl has partial label and one of the individual bowls has a complete label. Some of the individual bowls have a silver ‘Made in Thailand’ sticker.
