The metal shade holders are adjustable by gently pushing in or out. Measures 7.25” tall and 5.5” at widest base. Some signs of wear are visible on the gold finished parts. No corrosion. Black and blue UL sticker on both. Cords are 68” long.
Includes double hooped thin mold blown glass lantern shades in light amber luster/iridescent. No wear. Both in perfect condition. Very clean. Heat finished rims on top and bottom. Lamp with shade measure 16″ tall. Perfect for 1950s style atomic décor.

Gigantic Brass Candle Holders Floor Standing Antique
Antique gigantic brass candle holders made in the late 19th Century to early 20th Century. This floor standing candle holders are very tall. One measures 2′ 5″ tall, the other is 2′ 3″ tall.
Huge candle holders like these were used for lighting when electricity wasn’t available. Also used as alter decor in churches.
Made of solid brass with hand-etched Asian style decor throughout. Featuring inverted baluster and beehive shapes. Each break down to three pieces and are interchangeable. The interior shows a great deal of age, not visible on the exterior.
The exterior has seen many chemical polishes, and due to chemical polishing the Patina (natural darkening of the metal due to age) is light and a bit uneven. No physical damage to the exterior.
Note: NEVER use chemicals for antique metal polishing, elbow grease and a soft polishing cloth is the only way to go. The uneven patina showing on these grand candlesticks will correct itself over the years if chemicals are not used.
The taller candle holder weighs a little over 5 lbs, the other weighs 5 lbs. The candle opening is 2¼” wide. The opening tapers down allowing for 2¼” wide candles or very tall taper candles.

Immense Antique Beehive Baluster Brass Candlesticks Set Very tall…and very unusual. Majestic antique brass candlestick holders crowned with a full beehive and supported by knops and balusters.
Standing almost 2 feet tall, these impressive candlesticks could grace your long dining table, or massive mantel, or end tables, or even on the floor. Majestic. Probably English brass of the Victorian period, but could be older. The mixture of beehive and baluster is a rare combination. It is enormously hard to find very tall antique candlestick holders like these and the mixture of baluster and beehive is rarely seen.
The square, raised base provides the extra stability they need. It’s also the type of base you see on tall church alter candlestick holders. They break down to three pieces. The threads were machined. The thick brass was hand cast. There are no maker marks. The candle opening is 1 and 1/8” wide with a small spike in the center to balance the candlestick. It was designed for the thick hand-made candles of yesteryear but will balance any width under 1 1/8” because of the little spike.
Each has beautiful, warm and even patina. They have been rubbed and rubbed, but not polished with chemicals so the patina is uniform. There is no corrosion. There are a couple of small shallow dents that appear to be original from the maker caused during creation. Stand 21” tall on a 5” square base and weigh 5 lbs each.

$90.00Tall Mid-century Gothic Brass Candle Holder
Stands 18″ tall. Big brass candle holder for Gothic dining tables, mantels, spooky corners, etc. This exact candlestick holder form and size was spotted on The Secret of The Purple Reef, a 1960 – 20th Century Fox film starring Peter Falk, among other popular 1960’s actors. This gives us good reason to date it to around the 1960’s.
In the 195’0s through the 1970’s most of our imports came from Japan. This huge candle holder is marked ‘Japan’ on its base. Made of heavy turned brass.
Beautiful light and even golden patina. Has some light atmosphere spotting that is very hard to see. Has no corrosion. Comes apart for easy cleaning (never use metal polish, just a soft cloth with a little oil and some elbow grease). Dark areas in the images are reflections. This big candlestick has uniform color. Weighs 2.75 lbs, 18″ tall, and a 5″ round base. Accommodates candlesticks or larger votives or towers.

$195.00Retro Italian Toleware Ceiling Lamp from 1950’s
This retro modern Italian toleware ceiling lamp was discovered and removed from a kitchen in Colorado. The house was built in 1960. The lamp was original to the house. We removed it ourselves.
Since it had been hanging from the same ceiling for 51 years, it did not suffer the damage and wear normally found on mid-century Italian toleware objects. It was incredibly dirty, OMG. Removing the years of kitchen grease, dust, and petrified bugs, revealed very well-preserved toleware. There are pinholes and flakes in the white enamel paint, as shown in images below, easily remedied. The green paint is 100%. No corrosion or missing metal. Real nice.
One white ball lamp cover is original and it is made of hard unmarred plastic. The other two glass ball covers covers were replacements sometime in the past. All of the screws are white-capped and original. The copper wiring is original and in working condition. The Underwriters Labratory label is yellow and reads: ‘Cerama Inc. 1, Listed Electric Fixture Issue No. D-9759’.
Measures 19″ long on each of three sides. Stands 12½” tall. This is a beautiful understated mid-century modern Italian toleware ceiling lamp. Most 1950 – 1960’s toleware items from Italy lean to the ‘overstated’ side as was the fashion back then.
Bright and cheery for the kitchen or garden room.

$85.00Art Deco Saturn Brass Table Candelabra
Unique 1930s Art Deco Saturn Brass base multi-candle holder. Fascinated with the planet Saturn, the folks living in the Art Deco period (1920 – 1940s) memorialized the ringed planet in popular decor. This seven holder table-top candelabra is a unique example.
Machined of solid brass, weighs 2.25 lbs. The stems and candle cups are interchangeable. Solid construction, well designed. There is no damage. Varying degrees of patina. No maker’s mark. Probably made in America.
It stands 7.25″ tall with a base width of 6″. The unit can be polished to like-new if the new owner desires.
Very unusual piece. Great for Art Deco Saturn style collectors or most modern decors.
