A lovely set of mid-20th century Murano cased occasional bowls with original label. One retains remnants of original blue and silver label. Can make out words "...in Murano Italy". The label probably originally read "Genuine Venetian Glass, Made in Murano Italy".
Hand blown and tooled with graduating trapped air bubbles. The color, uranium content, decor and label dates this set to the 1950s. Made by a fine Italian glassmaker, this pair was made of amethyst glass with a colorless casing that glows bright green under black-light due to Uranium content.

Genuine Murano Art Glass Amethyst Occasional Bowls

Two funky retro mod glass vases (multi-use) from the 1960s -1970s in aqua blue. Set of 4 mod double rock tumblers. These were made in the late 1950s to early 1960s.

Amethyst Occasional Bowls by Murano Art Glass

A lovely set of mid-20th century Murano cased occasional bowls with original label. One retains remnants of original blue and silver label. Can make out words “…in Murano Italy”. The label probably originally read “Genuine Venetian Glass, Made in Murano Italy”.

Hand blown and tooled with graduating trapped air bubbles. The color, uranium content, decor and label dates this set to the 1950s. Made by a fine Italian glassmaker, this pair was made of amethyst glass with a colorless casing that glows bright green under black-light due to Uranium content. Great for nut dishes at the bar, catch-all, munchi service, or decor. Round bowl has a rest with a shell finish, usable for cigars.

Each bowl measures 5″ wide, 2″ deep and weighs 1 lb.

    German Glass Antique Roemers w/Prunts

    Set of 2 German made Deinhard Cabinet wine chalice antique roemers. In great condition with one tiny smoothed rim chigger beneath the foot – can’t be seen.

    Made between 1888 and 1920 for the House of Deinhard, founded in 1794. The winery is still in business today. Hand blown with hollow stems. Amber prunts have been applied to exterior of hollow stem. Foot in also hollow. Rims are polished.

    The words “Deinhard Cabinet” are etched on the vessel. Hard to see in images. 4.25″ tall with a 3 5/8″ wide bowl. Rare find.

    Mid-Century Hand Blown Cased Glass Vase And Wine Glass Set

    Retro modern blown cased glass vase and goblets with white inner casing and amethyst outer casing resulting in a creamy grape color.

    Hand blown cased glass vase is in great condition. Rim of vase has invisible chiggers. Cannot be seen, but can be felt. Unintentional trapped air bubble near base, maker’s miss, does not detract. Common with older blown glass. Tall, long stemmed wines are both in excellent, original condition. Both have tiny air bubbles on base. The bowls also have a couple small unintentional air bubbles, hard to see, won’t come out in images. Trapped air bubbles are commonly found on hand made glass from the 1950’s to 1960’s. Hand blown with inverted applied base. Rounded pontil scar on seat.

    The wine glasses measure 9″ tall. Blown waisted vase is 8″ tall. Estimated circa 1950s. Italian glass, possibly Carlo Moretti. Very popular form and style in the mid-century years.

    Antique Crystal Perfume Bottle by Tiffin in Aqua Blue

    Elegant early 20th Century antique crystal perfume decanter by Tiffin Glass, USA.

    Tiffin antique crystal perfume bottle circa 1910’s-1930’s, part no. 5768. Made by hand. The foot is applied to the vessel. The finial is applied to the stopper. Glass has “straw marks” (evidence of old cooling methods) and tiny trapped air bubbles on the foot. There is one tiny air bubble inside the stopper finial.

    The stopper has some flaking on the base (bottom of the dauber), but it is light and can’t be seen, and does not affect its purpose. The stopper neck and vessel neck are ground to fit.

    The stopper is engraved with wide ovals and stippling. The body is engraved with vines and leaves. Stands 7.75″ tall. Makes an excellent gift accompanied by a nice bottle of fancy cologne.
