Large Vintage Cranberry Glass Bag Vase by Pilgrim Art Glass, USA
Beautiful, hefty vintage cranberry glass vase in the shape of a bag, with original silk rope tie. Circa estimated 1970’s.
Vintage cranberry glass contains real gold in the batch recipe. The gold brings out the intense cranberry color. The more gold used, the deeper the intense pink color became. This vase has a beautiful, rich cranberry color.
Blown from a ribbed mold with soft pontil scar on base. Large vase measures 11″ tall, 7.5″ at widest with a circumference of 23″. Weighs 2.12 lbs. In superb condition.
