Gorgeous set of Tiffin Franciscan goblets, made with thick molded Nutmeg Brown glass in the 1970’s. In the late 1960’s through the 1970’s, medieval fashion was once again popular. King Henry VIII (Tudor) was a fashion mogul of the hippie generation. With Dark Ages style clothing, songs like (Henry the 8th, I am, I am click link for a good chuckle), castle-like home decor, the mid-20th century relived the glory days of King Henry and his numerous wives.
Heavy glass. Goblets stand 5.5″ tall and weigh 1 lb each. Large drink size, holds 8 ounces. Very usable sturdy vintage glass. Lovely on a festive table, instant conversation starters.
All 10 goblets are in excellent condition. Well-made of high quality glass as Tiffin was known for. Seams were heat polished smooth. Especially hard to find in this deep, semi-translucent dark brown color. Harder to find as a complete set of 10.

Produced in the 1970’s by Tiffin Glass, an upscale elegant glass maker from Ohio, USA. Cataloged Tiffin stem #17596.
Eleven of the twelve are in excellent condition. One has a shallow smooth rim chip on the upper bowl. Use the goblet with the rim chip as the ‘hostess glass’. Large goblets measure 6½” tall, 4″ wide bowl.
Incredibly hard to find this quality made vintage crystal stemware, especially as a set of 12.

$165.00Very special gold encrusted antique dessert service set by Tiffin Glass. Circa 1920’s-1930’s.
Antique dessert service set of 6. All are hand decorated with real gold in the Rambler Rose pattern. The plates have polished seat rims. The blown compote has a pontil mark and applied stem.
Set includes (5) 7″ dessert plates and (1) dessert sauce compote. One of the dessert plates can serve as a liner for the compote. Aperitif goblet shown in images is not included.
Incredible find, such a beautiful nearly untouched set. The amber color of the glass is unusual as the Rambler Rose gold encrusted decor is usually found on clear glass. The amber color multiplies the elegance of this set. In excellent condition – the gold is thick and 98% present.

$120.00Set of 6 Art Deco Blown Glass Hoop Tumbler Set in Copen Blue
Blown glass hoop tumbler set of 6 made of high quality glass with weighted bases. Hooped glass was popular in the Art Deco era through the Mid-20th Century.
We are unsure of the maker, but lean towards Scandinavian origin. Tiffin Glass (USA) made Swedish styled glass much like this too. The color matches Tiffin’s Copen Blue, a light smoky blue.
Five of the 6 tumblers are in like-new condition. One tumbler has some light scratching on the hoops. No chips or cracks or liquid stains. Measure 5″ tall, 4″ at widest (base hoop) and weigh 1/2 lb.
Full size vintage glass tumblers great for everyday use. Bases are weighted with an inch of solid glass to prevent tipping.

$50.00Scarce Pair of Tiffin Golden Banana Crystal Canterbury Wine Stems
The Tiffin Golden Banana color is one of the rarest crystal colors produced by Tiffin. The golden banana color seems fluid, changing in intensity with the thickness of the glass. The color is extremely unique. Both in excellent condition. Offered as a pair.
The Canterbury pattern was originally made by Duncan Miller Glass and Tiffin glass bought the pattern shortly before Duncan closed. Advertised as part of the “Franciscan” crystal line and developed to go with the Franciscan stoneware table settings made by an affiliate company of Tiffin. Circa 1978-1980.
Image two shows the original sticker which read “Franciscan Fine Crystal”. The sticker is no longer on the foot. High quality crystal.
These beautiful Tiffin Golden Banana Canterbury stems are large enough to be used as water goblets. Measure 6″ tall, 3.75″ wide mouth. Hand blown with applied stem. Nice substantial high quality crystal with sharp “ting” when plucked. Contrasting thin and thick sections (see vessel base) gives the glass brilliance.

$90.00Large hand-blown vintage glass cruet in canary yellow and blue.
Hand-blown vintage glass table cruet by Tiffin Art Glass or Steuben Glass, both U.S. companies. Tiffin is no longer in business (see more info link below). Steuben, established in 1906, continues to provide quality colorless glass to this day, although I suspect it is produced offshore.
This beautiful oversize cruet was made in the 1930’s to 1940’s. Both Tiffin and Steuben offered the blue and yellow (also called Topaz) color combination during this time period.
Suspect it is by Steuben. Research uncovered the pinched rounded square vessel as Steuben, but the stopper was in canary with applied blue decor that’s used with Steuben’s Venetian line. The stopper on this bottle is in topaz only with an interior bubble. Although Tiffin made many tableware forms in canary and blue, we did not find a Tiffin form that matched this.
The stopper is original and fits perfect. The pontil scar was polished to half moon. For large thumbprint dents accomplishe dby hand tool. Hand-blown vintage glass with applied handle.
Larger than a standard cruet, measuring 8″ tall with a 3.5″ squarish base. No damage, no water staining. Light bottom wear on the seat from over 80 years of surface contact. Perfect for table or bar.

Antique Satin Glass Powder Box with Lovebirds
Antique satin glass puff box featuring a pair of lovebirds sitting on a branch. Made in the 1920’s by a company within the U.S. Glass Consortium, perhaps Tiffin Glass. Parrot and Lovebird themes were popular in the Art Deco era.
The glass is in perfect condition, no chips or chiggers. The semi-translucent satin finish is in bright and whole condition. It appears perfect. But, when this box was made approximately 90 years ago, it was hand-painted with gold enamel trim. Although hard to see, traces of the enamel are present beneath the outer rim. The gold has worn off so completely it’s difficult to detect it once was there. Still looks beautiful.
Measures 5″ wide, 3″ tall and weighs just under 1 lb.

$20.00Vintage Tiffin Courtship Goblet in High Quality Blown and Cut Crystal
Tiffin Courtship goblet in blown and cut vintage crystal produced from 1948 to 1967. Stylized cut leaf pattern was called ‘Courtship’. Tiffin categorized this form as ‘Ice Tea’ glasses. The tall, large bowl also works well for beer, sodas, etc. Measure 7″ tall with a 2.75″ wide bowl. Holds 10 ounces with 1″ lip service.
Quality colorless crystal with a lingering tone. Made in 3 parts; the blown glass bowl is applied to a pressed stem which is applied to a blown foot. Decor is cut and polished.
Only one available. In like-new condition.

Rarely seen 3-toed crystal ball vase made of quality colored crystal by Tiffin, USA, between 1945 and 1955. This unique styled crystal ball vase features Tiffin’s horizontal ‘Swedish Optic’ decor in Copen Blue. Thick, quality crystal with polished flat rim and slight edge bevel. Blown from optic mold (no seams), pontil mark visible in center of the three applied colorless crystal ball feet.
Tiffin crystal ball vase is in great condition with a couple very tiny rim chiggers that can be felt, but invisible to the eye. Glass is clean and brilliant. Tiffin part no. 525. Measures 4½” tall, 4½” at widest, 3″ wide mouth. Weighs 1½ lbs.

Beautiful antique amethyst glass tall candlestick holder by Tiffin Glass, part no. #76.
In dark amethyst glass. Tall baluster stem. Stands 8 5/8″ tall on a 4½” base. Candle hole is 1″ wide with a drip rim that is 2 3/4″ wide. The base is hollow and the stem is solid glass. Weighs 1 1/4 lbs..
In perfect condition with light bottom-wear (tiny scratches on the seat rim caused by 90 years of surface contact). Glass is clean and brilliant. No scratching. Rarely used and well-preserved.
