Mid-Century Modern Serving Utensils Made in Hong Kong. Both in excellent condition. Appears to be unused. Includes original box with red velvet lining and black tortoise outer. Box is marked "Made in Hong Kong".
Mid-Century Modern Swedish styling fork and spoon servers in original box. Sturdy well-made serving utensils measure 10½" long. Handles made of a polished dark hardwood. Hardware is brass with a beautiful darkened even patina.

Mid-Century Modern Serving Utensils Made in Hong Kong

Mid-century modern art glass candle holder. Hand-blown modernist glass circa 1960's - 1970's. Unusual shaped square bowl with a deep round well in the center. Big, heavy and beautiful. Looks like a ‘black hole’ gobbling up galaxies. The murrine ‘galaxies’ are surrounded by large flake silver aventurine that look like distant stars.

Sturdy well-made serving utensils measure 10½” long. Handles made of a polished dark hardwood. Hardware is brass with a beautiful dark and even patina.

Both in excellent condition. Appears to be unused. Includes original box with red velvet lining and black tortoise outer. Box is marked “Made in Hong Kong”.

Probably made in the late 1940’s to early 1950’s when Hong Kong was the U.S.’s favorite exporter. At that time Hong Kong provided ‘pretty things’ for U.S. consumers rather than technology which is their main export today.
