Retro Modern Triple Gourd Crackle Glass Decanter with Stopper
This giant retro modern decanter stands 22″ tall! It was hand-blown in the Mid-20th Century. We believe the maker is Pilgrim Art Glass, U.S.A., but it could have been made in Italy, possibly Empoli Glass. Circa 1960’s.

Hand-blown into an optic mold, then hand formed into triple gourd shape. After shaping it was dipped in ice water to achieve crackle. The stopper appears to be original. The pontil scar was covered with a stamped raspberry pattern. Both Pilgrim and Empoli were known to stamp this pattern over the pontil scar.

Bottle is 18½” tall. Bottle with stopper in place measures 22″ tall. Original stopper!

In excellent condition. Clean inside. Beautiful, huge, eye-catching decor for the retro mod and mid-century modern enthusiast. Large enough to sit on the floor. Fabulous for bar decor. Crackle glass will glitter and shine if set by a sunny window.
