Description
Beautiful hand-made Italian glass apple with packed with bright yellow, baby blue and white Murrina. The packed murrine are encased in colorless crystal.
Applied hand-tooled green leaf and stem.
See polished flat base image: there is an inner layer of Murrine in different colors that do not show up on the exterior. This layer was incorporated to darken the space between the blue and yellow murrina.
Maker unknown. Definitely made in Italy. Circa estimated at 1970 to 1990. Hand-made, no machining or molds used.
Measures 3.5″ wide and just under 3.5″ tall. Solid Glass weighs 1.8lbs. In excellent condition.
