Glowing Amber Art Glass Bookends Polar Bears
Lovely set of polar bears glass bookends in thick beautiful amber glass. Interesting view of polar bears with their heads swung low. In excellent condition. The front side of the glass is slightly textured to resemble bear fur, the back is hand-fired polished smooth Solid glass. The color of the glass reflects lighter and darker according to the thickness of the glass, almost glows. Made well. Maker unknown.
A bit smaller than the average bookend. Each measure 4.75″ at the widest point, 2″ thick and 3.75″ tall. Weigh a bit over 1.5 lbs each. Perfect for the kids room, end tables, book shelf. Decorative display holders for your favorite CD’s.
