How do I return product to Retro Art Glass?

At Retro Art Glass, we stand behind our merchandise 100%. When returning items for refund or credit:

1. Please Contact RetroArtGlass by e-mail at customerservice@retroartglass.com  for instructions before returning items.

1. All returned items must be in the original packaging and original condition.

Retro Art Glass packages glass items very carefully, fully aware of the dangers of shipping glass. It is highly unlikely that you will receive broken items. Please notify us immediately via customer service if your item arrives broken. Retro Art Glass will credit or refund immediately upon e-mailing an image of the broken glass (or returning the package). All outgoing orders are insured (mainly to protect from lost packages). RetroArtGlass will take care of the insurance red tape. Your purchase will be credited towards other merchandise or refunded immediately.
