Soreno Pattern Glass Vintage Oil Lantern with Original Chimney
Scarce Soreno glass oil lantern in unused condition. The Soreno lantern is extremely hard to find. Both the chimney and the base are in the Soreno pattern.
Made by Anchor Hocking in the early 1970’s. The Anchor Hocking logo is impressed on seat of the base.
Hundreds of glass forms were made in this pattern in a variety of colors. With so many forms and colors to search for, the Soreno pattern is very popular today among collectors. The oil lantern is rarely seen, especially with the original matching pattern chimney.
Full size Soreno glass lantern measures 11.75″ tall, 5″ wide base. The original wick is unused. The glass is perfect and squeaky clean. The metal hardware has some atmosphere spotting due to age.
Very rare item in excellent condition.
