Retro modern jug vase in Intense Persimmon Orange Retro Modern Vase Jug by Pilgrim Art Glass
Retro modern jug and/or vase hand-made in the 1960’s. Large 8″ tall art glass jug with sparkling fine crackle weighs 2 lbs.
Exceptional deep orange color with hints of yellow. The color was called Persimmon by Pilgrim Art Glass. Hand-drawn applied handle is in light amber/yellow.
Hand blown glass with pontil mark on seat. In excellent condition. This jug vase is larger than most window vases which were so popular in the mid 20th century.
Glows beautifully when sunlight passes through. Use as a vase, jug or candle holder. Smaller jug in image 2 is available separately.
