Set of 4 mid-century modern vintage opaque black blown glass saucer champagnes.
Mid-century modern styling from the 1960’s. This shape is usually referred to as “saucer champagne”, and can be used as cocktails glasses or compotes. Beautiful, modernistic and versatile vintage glass. Color and style was popular during the mid-century Swedish Modern craze. Suspect maker is Tiffin or Duncan Miller. No maker’s mark.
Fine delicate blown glass with applied bases. In excellent, high quality condition. White spots on images below are from lighting, these wine glasses are uniformly opaque black. Measure 4 7/8″ tall with a 3 5/8″ wide vessel.
