Set of 6 tall crystal cocktail stems from the 1930’s/1940’s with cornflower etch.
Ultra elegant set of Libbey Rock Sharpe tall crystal cocktail stems. Libbey was one of the few American makers that producing crystal during the Depression years.
Stem and foot are molded, bowl was blown from mold and applied. The hand-tooled “Cornflower” etching is remarkable. Total of 12 cornflowers with foliage on each glass. Libbey offered Rock Sharpe crystal glassware with numerous different etched patterns. The patterns can be mixed and matched.
All in excellent condition. Stand 6″ tall, bowl is 3″ wide. Perfect for martinis and other chilled and strained confections. Will make impressive and elegant tall dessert dishes too. Weigh 1/2 lb each. 5.75″ tall, 3.25″ wide mouth.
