Bohemian Glass Oil Lamp Ruby Cut to Clear

Beautiful Bohemian glass oil lamp, hand-cut cased glass. The glass maker cut through the outer ruby casing to reveal the colorless layer and pattern.

Appears unused. In excellent condition. No residue. Will require a wick. Hardware made of brass. Measures 8″ tall.

Hand-cut glass reveals itself in pattern irregularities. The cuts and shapes do not match exactly as they would if it was pressed or accomplished by machine.

In easily recognizable Bohemian (Czech countries) style, but could have been made in many countries. Circa 1940’s to 1950’s.
