Cased Turquoise Glass Table Wine Stem
Mid-century modernist blown glass wine stem. Beautiful and scarce Scandinavian blown glass table wine stem. Possibly made by Holmegaard, Carnaby line. Circa 1960’s – 1970’s.
Hand-blown glass with inner layer of soft white, outer of turquoise blue. Foot and stem were created separately and then applied by hand. Foot is domed with pontil mark.
In excellent condition. Measures 5.75″ tall with a 3.25″ wide mouth. Slightly larger than wine glasses of today, but not huge.
