Set of two Depression glass vanity jars. Both in excellent condition.
Classic Depression glass. Seam lines are visible.
The pink compote's lid finial is slanted just a bit, look closely at images (happens during cooling). This is not unexpected in depression glass. It was a premium giveaway, perhaps found in a box of laundry detergent or oatmeal. Made by Jeannette Glass.
The clear jar was made by Imperial Glass in the 1930s.
Pink item measures 4.75" Tall and 4" at widest. Clear item is 2.5" tall and 4.5" at widest.
The patterns appear to match, but they do not. The ridges on the squat jar are a bit wider than the pink jar. They look good together, perfect for the vintage vanity.
