SOLD Italian mid-20th century hand-blown glass vase with unusual bowl. The vertical optical panels have exterior texture, with hills and grooves. This type of optic blown glass is usually smooth on the exterior. Unusual and beautiful.
Stands 12" tall with a 4" wide, 2.25" tall bowl. The stem is 9.75" long on a 4" round foot. The foot, stem and bowl were blown and tooled separately, then applied together.
Made by hand in 1950s Italy. Eye-catching vase for tall table centerpiece, or mantle vase, or corner table accent. Beautiful glowing amber color goes well with any color scheme.
