Hand-blown in the sommerso technique. Light aqua blue, cobalt blue and clear glass blown together. Hand-worked and applied feet and bill have gold fleck aventurine inside the glass. Stunning color combination looks liquid. |

One 'toe' (second from the left in image 5) has a small smooth sliver off the tip that cannot be seen from the top. It is very small, smooth and invisible unless studied closely. Otherwise, in excellent condition. |
