Vaseline Glass Herringbone Optic Cocktail Stem Set of 5

Antique art glass blown optic vaseline wine or cocktail wine stems.

Set includes 5 glasses.  Four are in excellent condition.  The fifth has a small rim chip, see image 8. SCARCE items.

Beautiful blown herringbone optic vaseline green vessels.  Amber base and stem are hand made and applied.

These date to the 1920's, 1930s. Very well made, excellent quality.  Unsure of maker, but surely from a a very fine elegant maker of the past.

Uranium was used to tint the vessel green.  Under blacklight, the uranium causes the vessel to "light up" in a neon green.

Measure approx. 5 3/8" high. Vessel is 3 3/8" wide. Can be used for wine, champagne, cocktails or dessert.
