Made in days gone by when quality, form, function and decor were the driving force of a glass market that produced fine, affordable products.  Most glass objects from the past were made by hand...not mass-produced.  Glass from the past was created with hand-mixed recipes, furnace heated, and formed by a master of the craft in artisan studios throughout the world.  Such beautiful colors and forms are hard to find made new today, and the quality of yesteryear far surpasses the standards of today's mass manufacturing. Vintage is always a better choice for quality, decor and function.
